When it comes to a dish like chicken noodles with vegetables, we usually think of either rice or udon noodles. With the first one everything is more or less clear. But the second one is a Japanese variety of wheat noodles. It is also popular among Russians because eggs are not used to prepare it. This means that noodles are lower in calories.
The traditional way to cook noodles with vegetables and chicken is in a wok with teriyaki sauce. But this dish is basic for almost all oriental cuisines: Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean.
