Chinese noodles with chicken

STEP 1
To prepare a dish according to the proposed recipe, take the products indicated in the list: be sure to soy sauce, garlic, fresh or dried hot peppers (dried ones are much hotter than fresh ones), sweet peppers, carrots, onions (green onions are more often used in Chinese cuisine, you can take a little something else) , actually noodles and chicken, greens.
STEP 2
First, let the noodles cook according to the directions on your package. Usually we just throw the noodles into boiling salted water and cook until al dente. Place in a colander or sieve.
STEP 3
First, prepare all the products, because they are placed one after another and during the cooking process you may not have time to peel and cut them. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
STEP 4
Cut the bell peppers (in this case frozen peppers) into small cubes or slices.
STEP 5
Cut the carrots into the same cubes.
STEP 6
Crush the garlic clove and chop finely.
STEP 7
Heat sunflower or olive oil in a frying pan, place chicken slices, add some soy sauce, ground black pepper and stir. Cook covered for a minute and a half.
STEP 8
Then place the meat on a plate. In the same pan, continue cooking the vegetables and sauce. Place chopped garlic in the pan.
STEP 9
Add a little more oil and continue frying.
STEP 10
Add the chopped celery stalk and the bleached part of the green onion. Stir and simmer a little.
STEP 11
Add the carrots, then lastly the bell peppers and a little hot. Simmer until done, adding the rest of the soy sauce.
STEP 12
At the end, return the fried chicken to the pan, stir, and heat through.
STEP 13
Add noodles to the pan, mix carefully and heat everything well.
STEP 14
Place the noodles with chicken on deep plates or bowls and serve.
