Udon noodles chicken vegetables sauce

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare the ingredients. Let's make udon noodles with chicken, vegetables, mushrooms and sauce. You can choose a set of vegetables according to availability and your taste. It is better to use the sirloin part of the chicken. We wash the meat and cut it into cubes or strips.
STEP 2
Peel the onions and cut them into halves of rings or feathers.
STEP 3
Wash the carrots, peel and grate.
STEP 4
Wash the bell pepper, cut out the stalk with the seed capsule. Cut the pulp into strips or cubes. You can use frozen beans and green peas. Peel a couple of cloves of garlic and finely chop them with a knife.
STEP 5
Mushrooms can be champignons or wild mushrooms. Wild mushrooms will not only make the dish tastier, but also more aromatic. Wild mushrooms can be taken of any kind, fresh or frozen semi-prepared. Wash the mushrooms, cut into pieces (if they are large) and fry in vegetable oil for 20 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 6
Then add the onions to the frying pan with the mushrooms. Mix the ingredients and fry them together until the onion is transparent.
STEP 7
Add chicken meat. Stir and fry until the chicken turns white over medium heat. Pour in soy sauce, add salt and ground black pepper, a pinch of paprika and ground coriander. Mix.
STEP 8
Place the remaining vegetables in the pan, stir and fry them together for about 10 minutes.
STEP 9
At the same time, boil the udon noodles in salted water. Cook it according to the instructions on the package until al dente, usually about 8 minutes. Drain the water and place the noodles in a colander to drain the liquid.
STEP 10
Add the noodles to the pan with vegetables, mushrooms and chicken. Stir and keep on fire for about 5 minutes. Turn off the fire. The dish is served to the table.
