Broccoli pasta in creamy sauce with chicken

STEP 1
How to make pasta with chicken and broccoli? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For chicken I use leg fillet. It is not as dry as, for example, breast fillets. Broccoli can be taken frozen. Moreover, there is no need to defrost them in advance.
STEP 2
Boil pasta until cooked according to package instructions. Add some salt during cooking. Then drain in a colander to remove all excess moisture.
STEP 3
Rinse the chicken fillet in running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small pieces. Place the chopped chicken fillet in a hot frying pan and fry with olive oil for 12-15 minutes. The chicken will turn an appetizing rosy color.
STEP 4
Then add broccoli florets and finely chopped garlic to the pan. If the broccoli is large, you can cut it into 2-3 pieces. Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5
Pour cream into the pan. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Simmer everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 6
Add chopped parsley. Grate Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over chicken and broccoli. Leave some grated cheese for sprinkling the finished dish.
STEP 7
Add the prepared pasta to the sauce and mix everything together.
STEP 8
Pasta with broccoli and chicken in creamy sauce is ready! Place it on a dish and be sure to sprinkle with the remaining grated Parmesan. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
