STEP 1
How to make spaghetti with chicken in creamy sauce? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Choose high-quality spaghetti made from durum wheat so that it does not get soggy when cooked. As chicken fillet, you can take meat from any part of the chicken where there are no bones. Add garlic according to your taste.
STEP 2
Cut the chicken meat into large pieces. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place the chopped chicken in the pan and fry it on all sides until golden brown.
STEP 3
Peel the onions and garlic and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the onion. Garlic can be cut into pieces or passed through a press.
STEP 4
Add chopped onion and garlic to the pan with the chicken. Stir and fry everything together for a couple of minutes. Then add some hot water and bring everything to a boil.
STEP 5
Add a little salt and spices to taste. I use paprika and dried basil as spices. But you can take spices to your taste or limit yourself to just ground pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat over low heat for about 15 minutes (use your stove as a guide).
STEP 6
Separately, boil the spaghetti in boiling water. Cook them according to the instructions on the package. This usually takes about 15 minutes. The spaghetti should become soft, but not overcooked. Place the finished spaghetti in a colander and rinse with cold water.
STEP 7
At the end of cooking, add cream to the chicken and stir.
STEP 8
Heat the chicken in the cream for another 2-3 minutes on the fire. You can add spaghetti directly to the sauce in the pan and mix everything.
STEP 9
Or put some spaghetti on a plate and chicken in a creamy sauce on top! Bon appetit!
