STEP 1

How to cook noodle soup in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can take any parts of the chicken: wings, drumsticks, thighs. Noodles can be used either store-bought or home-made.
STEP 2

Pour boiling water over the chicken, let stand for a few minutes and then drain the water. This must be done so that the broth is not cloudy.
STEP 3

Wash and peel the carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into slices and the onion into small cubes.
STEP 4

Wash and peel the tomatoes. To do this, make a cross cut on the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them for about 1 minute. After this, remove them from the water. Now the skin will come off easily. Cut the peeled tomatoes into cubes. Wash the pepper, remove seeds and cut into thin strips.
STEP 5

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add chopped carrots and onions.
STEP 6

On the multicooker, turn on the “Frying” program for 15 minutes. During this time, the carrots and onions will be fried.
STEP 7

Place the chicken, tomatoes, and peppers into the multicooker bowl. Mix everything and fry for 10 minutes. If desired, you can add black pepper at this stage.
STEP 8

Pour water over the chicken and vegetables and add salt to taste.
STEP 9

Set the "Soup" program for 1 hour.
STEP 10

On average, noodles take 4-5 minutes to cook. The exact cooking time is indicated by the manufacturer on the package.
STEP 11

5 minutes before readiness (or follow the time indicated by the manufacturer on the package), place the noodles in the slow cooker.
STEP 12

After the beep, add chopped herbs to the soup. Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.
