Noodle soup in a slow cooker is a great lunch for the whole family. Using a multicooker is a pleasure to cook. For the broth, I took homemade chicken and doused it with boiling water as recommended by the author. I cut the vegetables into strips and fried them with chicken. The only spice I added was salt. I added water and cooked in the “cooking” mode for an hour and a half, since the chicken was homemade. At the end I added homemade noodles and chopped parsley. I left it on heating. The soup turned out amazingly delicious. We are used to eating soup with potatoes and without bell peppers. But today our lunch shone with new colors and tastes. Making soup without potatoes is a good option. But the sweet peppers in the broth are very tasty and tender. Homemade egg noodles are light and soft. The broth turned out aromatic and rich. The smell is unreal! Mega delicious noodle soup in a slow cooker! Next week I will make this masterpiece soup again! Everyone in the household really enjoyed lunch! I highly recommend it! Many thanks to the author!

I have always been interested in the question of scale when preparing broth in a slow cooker. But it turns out that you just need to pour boiling water over the meat first. Thank you, Tatyana, for the science. And thanks for the recipe. Another proof that even without potatoes you can get a very good first course. I will definitely show your recipe to those who tried to argue with me about this

The beauty of homemade chicken noodle soup lies precisely in the fact that the noodles are made by YOUR OWN HANDS. And you have regular chicken soup with pasta...

Pasta products come in different varieties. Noodles made with your own hands or purchased in a store are different from spaghetti, vermicelli, stars, etc. And since in our region they sell high-quality noodles, and they are in no way inferior in taste to homemade ones, I don’t see the point in making noodles at home.
