I made a very tasty chicken broth with noodles using this recipe. I cooked the main part in the evening and finished it ready in the morning. I had the wings, neck and back from a domestic rooster. Its meat is dark and tough, so I simmered it all over low heat for a little over two hours. But the broth turned out very tasty! In addition, I added unpeeled onions, carrots, parsley, allspice and black pepper to it. At the end I added salt. In the morning, I removed the meat from the bones and strained the broth. Then she brought it to a boil, put in the meat and fried carrots. 10 minutes before cooking, I added the noodles and bay leaf. The broth is so rich, golden and aromatic! The noodles turned out delicious!
