good recipe. I tried to cook with usually noodles - but it wasn’t quite right. after all, a dish from Chinese cuisine should be prepared with national noodles. I searched for a long time and found it in one store. For sourness, you can eventually add soy sauce. or serve it with a ready-made dish at the table. I always and everywhere add it, even for nursing mothers - it is so useful.

yummy. But in the photo, in my opinion, it’s not rice noodles or am I mistaken? Can I make it with regular pasta?
