Fried champignons
Fried champignons can be served as a separate independent dish, an appetizer, or part of something more complex (for example, a filling for pies, pizza, salads, etc.). They prepare very quickly - due to the fact that they do not require preliminary preparation in the form of boiling. Purchased mushrooms are simply peeled, washed in water (sometimes this is not required), cut into the desired pieces and immediately fried. Season with salt and spices at the end of cooking.
Onions are added as desired - in half rings, rings or cubes. You can add mushrooms while frying them, you can add them a little later, or separately and then mix them. When the mushrooms and onions are almost ready, you can add a spoonful of sour cream - the dish will turn out juicy, it will have an appetizing sauce. After removing from the pan, season everything well with freshly chopped herbs. In this form, it is an excellent side dish for any meat.
