STEP 1

How to make a salad with ham and mushrooms? First, measure out the ingredients you need. You can use any cheese you want. Hard, semi-hard, soft, brine, and boiled are suitable here. You can even try it smoked, for those who like it. Mayonnaise can be lean, for example, based on aquafaba.
STEP 2

Cut the cheese into medium cubes. Keep in mind that you will cut all other ingredients according to the size of these cubes. This way your salad will look neat and beautiful.

Boil chicken eggs hard, cool and peel. Cut the eggs into medium cubes.
STEP 4

Also cut the ham into medium cubes.
STEP 5

Peel the champignons, rinse, cut each into two halves (or smaller if you have larger mushrooms).
STEP 6

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. And fry the mushrooms until golden brown, stirring them. Transfer the mushrooms to a napkin or paper towel to absorb excess fat. If you don't do this, the salad will turn out greasy.
STEP 7

Combine all chopped ingredients in a salad bowl. Season them with mayonnaise and mix. Taste the dish for salt and add more salt if necessary. Sprinkle with fresh chopped dill and serve. Bon appetit!
