Since childhood, the kitchen has been the heart of the home for me. The smell of mom's pie takes you back to warm summer days spent in grandma's village. Each recipe is not just a set of ingredients, but a piece of history, memories and love. Traveling around the world, I absorbed the flavors of different cuisines, striving to combine traditions in my dishes. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and the process itself can be simple and fun. Here I share my discoveries to inspire you to experiment culinaryly with your family.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Southern New Hampshire University.
