  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Ingredients you will need: Cottage cheese, I have 5% fat, in packs. I don’t recommend taking it too fatty. Eggs with a total weight of 100 g. These are 2 small eggs. Milk and water at room temperature. Butter. Softened. Semolina. Sugar can be adjusted independently. Mine is not very sweet. Salt, vanillin. Candied fruits - according to your wishes and availability. You can replace it with raisins, dried apricots or the zest of one orange. Or don't put anything in at all.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Combine water, milk, salt, vanillin, semolina and bring to a boil over medium heat with constant stirring. Add butter (still to the hot porridge) and mix well. I cover it with something because warm or hot porridge will better combine with cottage cheese, and set it aside.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

It is better to beat the cottage cheese with an immersion blender or rub through a sieve until it becomes paste-like. This is an important step that will affect the texture of the finished casserole.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Then add sugar, eggs and mix well. Then semolina porridge. If there are any lumps, I break it through with a blender. The mass should be homogeneous, creamy or something...

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

And at the very end there are candied fruits. I stir.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

I will bake it in this cake pan. Size 12*21. Place in a preheated oven at 160-170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. But it’s better to focus on your oven. Do not raise the temperature too high because the casserole will rise greatly and then fall and become wrinkled :) But this will not affect the taste in any way.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

She will blush slightly. Let it cool completely. And only then do I take it out of the mold...

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

If desired, you can decorate with fruits or berries... And this is how beautiful it turns out! Delicate, airy, aromatic. It holds its shape well and the structure is very pleasant.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

And you can serve with honey, jam or fresh sour cream. Candied orange peels not only provide a beautiful cut, but also an original taste!

    STEP 10

Bon appetit! Have a nice day!
