STEP 1
How to make rice with onions and eggs? Prepare all the necessary products. The most important thing is quality cereal. Rice can be of any form: short-grain or long-grain, but it must be from a reliable manufacturer. Such cereals do not contain debris or foreign impurities, and they also do not contain grain midge larvae.
STEP 2

First of all, the rice must be washed thoroughly under running water, preferably using a sieve. Rinse until the water is completely clear. It is necessary to wash off all the starch from the rice, then it will turn out crumbly and will not turn into porridge.
STEP 3
Place the rice in a saucepan and add filtered water at the rate that for one glass of rice you need to take 2 glasses of water. Boil until tender in salted water, first bringing to a boil over high heat, then over low heat, covered, until fully cooked.
STEP 4
While the rice is cooking, finely chop the pre-washed onion. If you don't have fresh onions, you can add dried green onions, as well as any other fresh herbs you like.

Peel and chop the garlic. I put it through a press, but you can also chop it with a knife or grate it on a fine grater.

STEP 7
Add garlic, fry it for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 8
Add rice and mix well.
STEP 9
Beat in a well-washed egg. Take a larger egg, preferably a homemade one with a bright orange egg.
STEP 10
Stir vigorously with a spatula so that the egg is evenly distributed among the rice and has time to cook.
STEP 11
Add chopped onion to the pan.
STEP 12
Fry for another 5-7 minutes. If necessary, add salt to the dish or add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce - in this case, the dish will resemble a Chinese dish.
STEP 13
Serve the dish immediately on its own or as a side dish for meat, fish or chicken. Bon appetit!
