    Place the rice in a saucepan and add filtered water at the rate that for one glass of rice you need to take 2 glasses of water. Boil until tender in salted water, first bringing to a boil over high heat, then over low heat, covered, until fully cooked.

For dinner I made myself rice with onions and eggs. I prepared the washed rice in a slow cooker in advance. I fried chopped garlic and added boiled rice to it. I beat the egg with a fork beforehand for a more even distribution and added it to the pan with the rice, stirred and sprinkled with chopped green onions. Served with fresh vegetables. This rice is good both as an independent dish and as a side dish for meat or fish.
