STEP 1
How to make pies from mashed potatoes in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For the filling you can use minced meat from any type of meat. I take minced pork and beef. Peel the potatoes and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt.
STEP 2
Pour water over the peeled potatoes, bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are ready. This will take about 20 minutes. The potatoes will become soft. Salt the potatoes while cooking. Drain the hot water from the finished potatoes, add butter to it and mash with a masher until pureed. Cool the puree until warm enough to handle.
STEP 3
To prepare the filling, peel the onion, rinse it in cold water and chop it finely. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 4
Then add the minced meat to the pan and fry it along with the onion for 12-15 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste. Cool the finished fried minced meat.
STEP 5
Add eggs and flour to the mashed potatoes and mix everything well until smooth. Potato dough should not be liquid. It will stick well.
STEP 6
Grease your hands with vegetable oil, take some potato dough and form a flat cake. Place the minced meat filling in the center. Cover with a pie.
STEP 7
Fry the potato pies on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 8
