Shortcrust pastry pie with Nutella

STEP 1

Break 1 whole egg and 2 yolks into a bowl. Beat with a mixer or whisk until light foam forms. Add sugar and mix.
STEP 2

Cut the soft butter into cubes and add to the bowl.
STEP 3

Add milled flour. Pour soda and sugar into the flour.
STEP 4

Knead the dough. It turns out soft, but not sticky to your hands. Wrap the dough in film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
STEP 5

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and separate about 1/5 of it for stripes.
STEP 6

Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 cm. Sprinkle the baking pan with flour and place the dough in the pan, distributing it along the bottom of the pan and forming sides approximately 1 cm high.
STEP 7

Spread Nutella, distributing it evenly.
STEP 8

Roll out the smaller dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cut out strips. Place the strips on the dough. Place the oven in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
