It turned out to be a bit greasy, but for me it was just right for this soup) It was unusual to cook soup without onions at all. But it turned out that it turns out no less tasty. For the cheese balls, I took a small egg, lost the cheese and added flour so that I could form the balls. I also added salt to the dough, because the cheese was not salty. Here you need to focus on your taste. The order in which the products are placed has changed slightly. Lastly, I added vermicelli; unlike pasta, it cooks faster. I found a good melted cheese, it spread easily and without lumps. The look of the finished soup immediately pleased me, it was so yellow) And the taste was simply shocking! This is the most delicious cheese soup! It is so tender and creamy, just a delight. Cream cheese and chicken broth go together perfectly. Hard cheese balls are also very tasty.
