Ice cream with chocolate on yolks, milk and cream

Once you try it, you will fall in love with this recipe forever!!! Very tasty homemade ice cream with the right consistency, which does not freeze in the freezer, and with its taste can please even the most subtle culinary critic :) The only thing is that this ice cream should not be given to children, because it contains cognac.

    Ingredients

    STEP 2

    Melt chocolate with milk

    STEP 4

Mix the yolks with sugar (do not beat)

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix the yolks with chocolate and cook until thick (do not bring to a boil)

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

I didn’t cook the egg mixture, I didn’t even heat it at all. I didn't add cognac either. Additionally, I completely crushed a bar of milk chocolate and mixed in the crumbs at the end, the rest according to the recipe. I didn’t stir during freezing, the consistency still turned out great, thanks for the recipe!
