  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make homemade ice cream from banana and milk? Prepare your food. Choose ripe, strong bananas. Be sure to wash them before peeling them. Then cut into small pieces (bananas and milk are usually taken in a ratio of 2 to 1, two parts of peeled bananas and one part of milk, but the proportions can be changed to your taste).

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place the sliced bananas in a container and freeze for at least three hours, preferably overnight. It is not necessary to use a container; you can place the banana slices in a bag, arrange them in one layer, so they will freeze faster and will not stick to each other.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

When the time is up, remove the bananas from the freezer and, without defrosting, place them in a blender bowl. Add milk there too. You can add vanillin to taste.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Beat bananas with milk for 2-3 minutes until smooth. In principle, ice cream can already be consumed in this form, or you can freeze it a little more, this is also up to your taste. I decided to freeze it.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place the mixture in a container and place it in the freezer for a couple of hours. After the specified time, take out the ice cream, divide into portions, and decorate to your liking. I garnished with mint leaves, ground roasted peanuts and crushed dark chocolate. All this together is tasty and healthy! Bon appetit!

My daughter has been asking me to make banana ice cream for a long time. And then everything coincided: ripe bananas on the table and hot summer outside the window) On the site I found a very simple recipe for homemade banana and milk ice cream. Just two ingredients! First, I decided to try it on one banana. I cut it into circles, laid it out on a board and covered it with cling film. I sent it to freeze for three hours. After that, beat it in a blender with milk. I was most worried that the banana would darken. But neither in the freezer nor after whipping did it change color. This made me very happy) In the end, I got delicious soft ice cream, natural and without sugar! I didn't freeze it any further. I immediately gave it to my daughter to try, garnished with drops of raspberry syrup. My daughter is delighted! I liked it too, it was very tasty, the sweetness was normal and the consistency was pleasant and tender. Now we will make this ice cream more often)

Good evening! The recipe states that bananas and milk are taken in a ratio of 2 to 1. I can’t figure it out, does this mean the weight of a peeled banana? The ingredients indicate that you need 500 grams, 3 bananas, and these are most likely unpeeled. Thank you!!!
