Homemade banana and milk ice cream
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make homemade ice cream from banana and milk? Prepare your food. Choose ripe, strong bananas. Be sure to wash them before peeling them. Then cut into small pieces (bananas and milk are usually taken in a ratio of 2 to 1, two parts of peeled bananas and one part of milk, but the proportions can be changed to your taste).
STEP 2

Place the sliced bananas in a container and freeze for at least three hours, preferably overnight. It is not necessary to use a container; you can place the banana slices in a bag, arrange them in one layer, so they will freeze faster and will not stick to each other.
STEP 3

When the time is up, remove the bananas from the freezer and, without defrosting, place them in a blender bowl. Add milk there too. You can add vanillin to taste.
STEP 4

Beat bananas with milk for 2-3 minutes until smooth. In principle, ice cream can already be consumed in this form, or you can freeze it a little more, this is also up to your taste. I decided to freeze it.
STEP 5

Place the mixture in a container and place it in the freezer for a couple of hours. After the specified time, take out the ice cream, divide into portions, and decorate to your liking. I garnished with mint leaves, ground roasted peanuts and crushed dark chocolate. All this together is tasty and healthy! Bon appetit!
