STEP 1

Choose ripe red tomatoes, you can also add some green tomatoes, no more than 2/5 of the total mass. If you wish, you can add a little sugar to the horseradish.
STEP 2
Wash the tomatoes well, cut into arbitrary pieces so that it is convenient to chop. The peel and seeds from the tomato can be removed if desired.

Grind the tomatoes in a meat grinder or chop with a blender.

Peel the garlic and horseradish root, rinse thoroughly with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Cut the horseradish root into small pieces for further convenient chopping.

Add chopped garlic and horseradish root to the tomatoes and immediately stir quickly. Then add salt, mix well again, cover with a lid and leave for about 40-60 minutes until the salt dissolves properly.
STEP 8
Pour the prepared horseradish into cooled sterile jars and screw on the lids. Store in the refrigerator or cellar. Bon appetit!
