Tomato soup with seafood

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Take the prepared ingredients. We wash the tomatoes and herbs, peel the onions, and defrost the seafood. Heat the water - you need the water to be boiled at the moment when we pour the tomato base into the pan.
STEP 2
Three tomatoes on a grater. Remove the peel.
STEP 3
You will get this consistency.
STEP 4
We cut the onion into rings, not necessarily thinly, as we will then grind it in a blender.
STEP 5
We put everything in a pan, salt it, add spices for the base (see notes). Can be sweetened to remove acidity.
STEP 6
Finely chop the garlic.
STEP 7
Fry garlic and black pepper in oil in a frying pan or in a ladle, add seafood and a pinch of salt.
STEP 8
The base and seafood can be cooked in 2 containers at the same time. The tomatoes are boiled for about 20 minutes, the seafood is fried over low heat for about 15 minutes. Be sure to stir the seafood so it doesn’t burn.
STEP 9
When the oil starts to bubble, the seafood is ready.
STEP 10
Place in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice 30 seconds after removing from heat.
STEP 11
Mix.

This is what the finished soup looks like.

Grind it with a blender to a puree consistency.
STEP 14
Let's serve! Pour hot soup into a plate. Place seafood on top and sprinkle with cheese (the cheese will immediately begin to melt and spread). Decorate with fresh green leaves. We treat our loved ones and enjoy a well-deserved ovation!
