Since childhood, I was familiar with the refuge in the kitchen, where my grandmother, like a sorceress, turned simple products into real masterpieces. Each of her dishes felt love and warmth, which inspired me to experiment over and over again in my own family circle. Traveling opened the doors to the wonderful world of cooking: the spicy aromas of India, the freshness of Mediterranean dishes and the rich flavors of Asia. My goal is to show how cooking can be accessible to everyone, revealing its simplicity and joy. In every recipe, I strive to convey the comfort that a family gives at a common table.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vancouver Island University.
