My husband really loves mushrooms, especially champignons. I prepared stewed champignons in sour cream for him. I had fresh store-bought mushrooms; I think they taste better than frozen ones, for example. Luka took two heads, we like it when there is a lot of it, it gives a certain caramel sweetness. The dish cooks really quickly; fresh champignons do not produce a lot of water and turn out neater and more whole when frying. I took 20% sour cream, diluted it with milk and added a spoonful of flour. Stir everything until smooth. Before adding the sauce to the mushrooms, I removed the pan from the stove and waited a couple of minutes, after which I added the sauce in parts and stirred. When the sour cream and mushrooms have combined, heat until thickened. The sour cream did not curdle) The champignons were enveloped in sour cream sauce and became very tender, and the garlic added a slight spice. This is delicious! I will be happy to cook this dish again.

I prepared wonderful Champignons in sour cream and garlic in a frying pan according to your recipe. It's incredibly tasty, especially with garlic! I used fresh champignons and took 3 small onions. Onions go perfectly with mushrooms and we like there to be more onions) I added 1 tbsp of soy sauce to the sour cream sauce instead of salt, which gave the finished dish an original taste. I used 15% sour cream and added a pinch of nutmeg to your spices, which made the mushrooms even more aromatic. Garlic perfectly complements the champignons and goes well with sour cream!
