Beef Stroganoff with mushrooms

STEP 1
How to make beef stroganoff with mushrooms? Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2
Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into long strips across the grain.
STEP 3
Roll the meat in flour.
STEP 4
Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into slices.
STEP 5
Heat 20 g of melted butter in a saucepan, add mushrooms and fry until golden brown.
STEP 6
During frying, drain the juice released from the mushrooms.
STEP 7
Combine the remaining liquid from the mushrooms with sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
STEP 8
Mix well
STEP 9
Pour the sour cream mixture over the mushrooms and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.
STEP 10
Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan and add the meat, first shaking off excess flour. Fry over high heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.
STEP 11
Transfer the meat to a saucepan and heat together for 1 minute.
STEP 12
Then remove the saucepan from the heat and let stand covered for about 10 minutes.
