Snowflake salad with chicken

STEP 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients to prepare Snowflake salad with chicken.
STEP 2
You can take any mushrooms. I used fresh champignons. First you need to wash them, dry them, and chop them finely. If the mushrooms are frozen, they must be thawed at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
STEP 3
Peel the onions, wash them and chop them finely.
STEP 4
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add mushrooms and onions. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally. Halfway through cooking, salt the mushrooms. Allow the prepared mushrooms to cool.
STEP 5
Boil chicken fillet in boiling salted water until cooked. Remove the fillet from the broth, cool, and cut into small cubes.
STEP 6
Hard boil the eggs, add cold water to cool. Peel the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks.
STEP 7
Boil the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 8
Chop the walnuts not very finely in a convenient way. You can use a blender or chop finely with a knife. If desired, you can simply ceiling it.

Grind the yolks on a fine grater.
STEP 10
Proteins are the topmost layer of lettuce. I colored half of the whites using tea infusion so that the mayonnaise decoration in the shape of a snowflake was clearly visible. To do this, boil 1.5 tsp. dry tea leaves in 1 tbsp. water, put the whites in the broth for 15 minutes. Then remove the whites and dry. Of course, this is optional; it is not necessary to tint the whites.
STEP 11
Place the salad on a flat plate. The first layer is chicken. Grease with mayonnaise.

Then grated carrots, add a little salt if desired.

Grease with mayonnaise.
STEP 14
A layer of fried mushrooms. There is no need to lubricate with mayonnaise.

Then add the grated yolks.

The next layer is chopped walnuts.
STEP 18
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place on top. Grease with mayonnaise.
STEP 19
The top is colored whites, chopped on a fine grater. Grease the sides of the salad with mayonnaise and decorate with the rest of the grated egg whites.
STEP 20
Draw a snowflake out of mayonnaise on top. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak in. Bon appetit!
