Chops
Breading and batter - that’s all an experienced housewife needs to prepare chopped pieces of meat that turn out tasty, juicy and soft. Under the blows of a hammer, protein fibers are deformed and softened, which means they are better subject to heat treatment (fry faster - on average, three minutes is enough, or, if the chop is thick, five to seven). To prepare, you will need a special wooden hammer, cling film (protect the table and hands from splashes), a knife, a frying pan, and spices to taste.
Even a schoolchild can do it, since there is no need to use great physical force; on the contrary, it will require accuracy and thoroughness. It is worth noting that chop recipes are an excellent option for bachelors who don’t want to stand at the stove for a long time and invent something, but who like freshly prepared food rather than store-bought dumplings. Potatoes, green peas, vegetables, in fact, anything that is in the refrigerator can be used as a supplement. Experiments with the form of serving and frying are acceptable. It is not recommended to serve pork “bloody” for sanitary and hygienic reasons.
