Chicken breast chops with tomatoes and cheese in the oven

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Necessary ingredients (I first removed the skin from the breast and cut off the bone - it can be used in the broth)
STEP 2

Cut the fillet into portions approximately 1 cm thick
STEP 3

Fold the bag and beat it on both sides - doing this in a bag is very quick and convenient!
STEP 4

Transfer the beaten fillet to a baking dish. If you have a non-stick pan like mine, there is no need to grease!
STEP 5

Salt, pepper, you can add any spices to taste
STEP 6

Cut the tomato in half and cut into thin slices (one large tomato was enough for me)
STEP 7

Place tomato slices on the fillet
STEP 8

Squeeze garlic into sour cream and stir
STEP 9

Lubricate with the resulting sauce
STEP 10

Three cheese on a coarse grater
STEP 11

Sprinkle cheese on our chop breast and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
STEP 12

Meanwhile, chop the greens
STEP 13

After 20 minutes, my chop breast is ready, all that remains is to sprinkle with fresh herbs
