It was fun to make pork chop rolls with potato filling. The meat I had was carbonated, I beat it, salted it, brushed it with mayonnaise and left it to marinate for 30 minutes. I cut the potatoes into cubes, poured boiling water over them to make them softer, and kept them in the water for 15 minutes. Then I placed the potatoes on top of the meat, salted them a little and rolled them into rolls. I didn’t fasten them with toothpicks, since the rolls held their shape well. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. At the end I wanted to sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven so that the cheese would melt, but when I saw that they were browned, I abandoned this step. The rolls came out very appetizing, with a beautiful crispy crust. The potatoes inside were well baked and became soft. When the rolls had cooled, I easily cut them into circles, it turned out beautifully. Cold rolls can be cut into slices and served on a holiday table. Thank you very much!
