Violet Johnson

From early childhood, I remember how our grandmother’s kitchen always smelled of fresh baked goods and homemade jam. There I learned not only to cook, but also to appreciate the moments of warmth that food gives. My culinary journey has been a journey around the world: Italian pasta, Indian spices, Japanese sushi - each cuisine inspires me in its own way. I believe that anyone can cook, and my goal is to make cooking accessible and understandable. Together we will create cozy dishes that will bring families together and bring joy.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
