STEP 1
How to make yellow turnip salad? This fortified salad can be prepared literally in a few minutes. To maximize the absorption of the vitamins contained in these vegetables, add dairy products; a dressing made from natural sour cream is ideal. Wash the turnips thoroughly and remove the skin. Grate the vegetable using a medium grater or a Korean carrot grater.
STEP 2

The salad can be made less caloric if you replace the sour cream with olive oil. Whoever wants the salad to turn out not sweet, but with a piquant taste, can add a clove of garlic passed through a press instead of sugar.
