STEP 1

How to make cottage cheese casserole with kefir? Prepare the ingredients for the casserole. If this dish is being prepared for children, then, of course, you need to use natural cottage cheese with a high percentage of fat content. For ladies on diets, it is better to take low-fat cottage cheese and replace semolina with crushed oatmeal. Pour the semolina with kefir at room temperature.

Stir the mixture and leave for half an hour for the semolina to swell.
STEP 3

Place cottage cheese in another bowl, add sugar to taste, a pinch of salt, and vanillin. Beat in the chicken eggs one at a time.
STEP 4

Using a fork or blender, mash the ingredients until the mixture has a homogeneous consistency. If desired, you can add washed and steamed dried fruits or fresh berries.
STEP 5

Then combine the semolina swollen in kefir with the curd mass, add baking powder. Mix the ingredients well again with a blender or spoon to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
STEP 6

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Place the casserole mixture in the pan, distributing the mixture evenly throughout the pan. Place the pan with the curd mass in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake it for about 40 minutes, depending on the operation of your oven, the size of the pan and the amount of ingredients for the casserole. The casserole should be browned on top. Turn off the oven and let the casserole sit in the oven for about 10 minutes.
STEP 7

Place the casserole on a plate and serve, optionally with jam, preserves, condensed milk or other toppings. This is a great option for breakfast for the whole family or a light snack between meals. Bon appetit!
