Condensed milk balls fried in oil

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make condensed milk balls fried in oil? Very easy and fast. Take the highest grade flour. Choose high-quality and proven condensed milk. It must have a fat content of at least 8.5%. Choose vegetable oil suitable for frying. For information on choosing frying oil and baking soda, see the steps at the end of the recipe.
STEP 2

Beat the egg with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 3

Add condensed milk and mix well again.
STEP 4

Sift the flour with soda and add to the dough. First, use a spoon and then use your hands to knead into a soft, elastic dough. Please note that the amount of flour in the recipe is approximate. I indicate the amount that was spent on me. First, I poured in 100 g of flour and gradually added more as I kneaded. Depending on the thickness of the condensed milk and the size of the egg, more or less flour may be needed.
STEP 5

But don't rush to flour the whole dough trying to get rid of the stickiness. Otherwise, the dough will become rubbery and unyielding, which will greatly affect the final taste of the dessert. It's better to dust your hands with flour when forming balls. The dough itself will take as much as it needs. For more information about flour and its properties, read the article below the steps.
STEP 6

On a floured dough board, roll out the sausage and cut it into equal pieces weighing about 20 g each. Roll each piece into small, even balls. Shake off excess flour so it doesn't burn.
STEP 7

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Place condensed milk balls in small portions and fry until golden brown. Please note that during frying the balls increase in size by 2-3 times. The balls turn brown very quickly, so do not leave the stove.
STEP 8

Using a slotted spoon, transfer the finished balls to a dish on a napkin to absorb excess fat.
STEP 9

Cool the condensed milk balls slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve. Bon appetit!
