STEP 1
How to make raspberry jelly? Very simple. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. First you need to carefully sort the raspberries from twigs, leaves and other contaminants. Very carefully rinse the berries in water and place in a colander to drain excess liquid.
STEP 2
Pour water into the pan and put it on fire. When the water boils, add sugar and stir. It is better to take an enameled pan so that the metal does not react with the acid in the berry.
STEP 3
Then add the raspberries into the pan.
STEP 4
Mix our future jelly.
STEP 5
Boil the mixture over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
STEP 6
Then strain the raspberry broth through a strainer. We won't need the berries anymore.
STEP 7
In a small container, dilute gelatin in warm water, mix well and leave for 40 minutes to cool. If necessary, strain the cooled gelatin through a sieve to avoid lumps of gelatin getting into the finished dish. Since gelatin comes in different forms, follow the instructions on the package during preparation.
STEP 8
Add gelatin into the strained raspberry broth in a thin stream. During the process, you must remember to continuously stir the mixture.
STEP 9
Pour the mixture into small portion molds and place them in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours (you can leave them overnight) to harden.
STEP 10
After a while, remove the molds from the refrigerator, place them in warm water and carefully remove our simple fresh raspberry jelly, turning it over onto a flat plate. Dessert jelly with raspberries at home is ready.
STEP 11
When serving raspberry jelly to the table, you can additionally decorate it with cream, pieces of fresh fruit, berries or fresh mint leaves. It turns out so beautiful and delicious!
