I saw a very appetizing photo of raspberry jelly and wanted to make such a dessert))). The gelatin was poured with boiled, cooled water and left to swell. I boiled the berries in boiling water for 10 minutes, adding sugar after straining the raspberry broth through a sieve. Increased the amount of sugar slightly to suit your taste. My gelatin swelled well after 15 minutes, I heated it over low heat, stirring, until the gelatin grains were completely dissolved and poured it into the raspberry broth. I poured the warm jelly into the molds and put it in the refrigerator to harden. It turned out to be a very fragrant, beautiful, delicious dessert! Thanks to the author for the recipe!

It took about an hour to prepare. The jelly is not very sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth, add more granulated sugar. It’s better to start by soaking the gelatin, and then, while it swells, peel and cook the berries. Then you spend less time cooking :)

How could the jelly fail?! The only explanation is bad gelatin. Before using it, it is always better to check its suitability, I always do this.
