Grilled zucchini with olive oil and parsley

A crisp variation on the theme of a slim figure. I have been studying the issue of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle in general for more than 8 years. I ran into a problem - beauty requires sacrifice. But, as it turned out, they were just victims in time. What to do when you want to be slim and have no time to stand in the kitchen? The answer came with a new grill pan :) Using such utensils for cooking, we use a minimum of fat, while getting a fragrant crispy crust and appetizing stripes on our food) Zucchini is a separate issue. They contain a lot of useful substances, vitamins, and minerals. And the calorie content of this product is less than you can imagine :)
