STEP 1
How to make pilaf with chicken breast in a pot? Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
STEP 2
Transfer the meat to a pot.
STEP 3
Sort the rice and rinse in several waters until transparent.
STEP 4
Pour the rice into the pot with the meat.
STEP 5
Add seasonings, salt, pepper.
STEP 6
Peel the carrots, cut into strips or grate on a coarse grater. Peel and chop the onion.
STEP 7
First fry the carrots in vegetable oil. Turn the heat to medium, stir.
STEP 8
Add onion to carrots and mix everything. Fry the vegetables while stirring until soft.
STEP 9
Place the prepared roasted vegetables in a pot with the meat and rice.
STEP 10
Fill the rice with water at the rate: for 1 tablespoon of rice - 2.5 tablespoons of water.
STEP 11
Add a piece of butter.
STEP 12
Cover the pot with a lid and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 120 degrees and cook the pilaf for another 30 minutes. Serve the dish right in the pot!
