It is better to take pork or pork-beef, then the chops will turn out more juicy and tender. The flour must first be sifted. Garlic - peel and wash.

Onions, eggs, garlic and all the other ingredients that are usually put in cutlets should not be added to the minced meat, since you will end up with simple cutlets rather than chops to your taste. Mix the minced meat until smooth and beat it on a work surface to knock out any air bubbles.

    Divide the minced meat into portions. Then we make flat cakes from them, roll them on both sides in flour. The thickness of the cakes is preferably at least 5 mm.
