STEP 1

Ingredients for preparing minced meat chops in batter. It is better to make minced meat yourself, so you will be sure of its quality. The main thing is that it should not be liquid. In addition, so that when frying the minced meat, to which even an egg is not added, does not disintegrate, take fresh, not frozen. It is better to take pork or pork-beef, then the chops will turn out more juicy and tender. The flour must first be sifted. Garlic - peel and wash.
STEP 2

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, you can add some spices for the meat. Onions, eggs, garlic and all the other ingredients that are usually put in cutlets should not be added to the minced meat, since you will end up with simple cutlets rather than chops to your taste. Mix the minced meat until smooth and beat it on a work surface to knock out any air bubbles.
STEP 3

Divide the minced meat into portions. Then we make flat cakes from them, roll them on both sides in flour. The thickness of the cakes is preferably at least 5 mm.
STEP 4

Let's start preparing the batter. Drive the eggs into a deep plate or bowl, beat them thoroughly with a fork, and squeeze the garlic through a press.
STEP 5

Add a little salt and pepper, add most of the flour, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The batter should be homogeneous and have a consistency similar to thick sour cream. If there is not enough flour, add it.
STEP 6

Dip each chop into the batter so that the batter covers it on both sides and along the edges. While we are doing this, put a frying pan on the fire, heat it up, heat the vegetable oil and lay out the first batch of chops.
STEP 7

Fry on both sides until golden brown. While frying the chop on the reverse side, close the frying pan with a lid so that our minced meat chops steam a little. Place the finished chops on a platter. Add the next batch of chops and fry them the same way. Place on a dish, cool, and serve the minced meat chops warm or cold. Bon appetit!
