Since childhood, I remember the aromas of fresh baked goods and the sounds of family laughter in my grandmother’s kitchen. Every Sunday breakfast turned into a small holiday, where cooking was an art, and family was the most important part of the process. Traveling around the world, I absorbed the intricacies of different cuisines: the spices of Indian curries, Italian pastas and the simplicity of Japan. This love for cooking inspires me to share recipes that fly from heart to plate. My website is a place where I strive to show that everyone can cook, and it is always simple and interesting.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at The Culinary School of Fort Worth.
