Chicken fillet with pineapples and ketchup in the oven

STEP 1

Products for cooking. Chicken fillets should be washed thoroughly under cold running water. If you bought a fresh pineapple, you need to peel it, wash it, and cut the pulp into cubes.
STEP 2

Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces.
STEP 3

Place the pieces of chicken fillet in a deep container (you can take a pan). Salt a little, pepper to taste, add dry spices.
STEP 4

Add soy sauce and ketchup, olive oil, mix thoroughly. Cover the pan or other container with a lid or film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 5

Mix the marinated chicken fillet with pineapple pieces and place in the pan. If you have canned pineapple, you can add some of the syrup from the can to make the future dish juicier. There is no need to grease the pan with oil, as during the cooking process a lot of liquid will be released and the dish will not burn. Place the chicken and pineapple in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
STEP 6

After the specified time has passed, we take the finished dish out of the oven, let it cool a little and we can start tasting.
