Marinated pork ribs in honey-soy sauce

STEP 1
Products for preparing the recipe. Wash orange, lemon.
STEP 2
Wash a piece of pork ribs and dry them with a paper towel. If necessary, remove veins and films from the ribs. After preparing the meat, salt and pepper it, rub it with pork spices and mustard.
STEP 3
Let's start preparing the sauce. Mix the juices squeezed out of lemon and orange, then add honey and soy sauce to the juice mixture.
STEP 4
Stir the mixture until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
STEP 5
Place the ribs in a bowl or other container and pour in the prepared marinade. Leave the meat to marinate for 2 hours, covering the bowl with cling film or covering with a lid.
STEP 6
After the specified time has passed, place the ribs in a baking dish, pour in the marinade and place in a preheated oven.
STEP 7
Before baking, you can (but this is not necessary) cover the dish with ribs with a sheet of foil and bake half the time (30 minutes). Then remove the foil and another 30 minutes. bake until golden brown. In general, bake the ribs at 180-200 degrees. for 1 hour, periodically pouring marinade over them.
STEP 8
We serve the finished dish to the table, garnishing it with herbs, thinly sliced onion rings or sprinkle with chopped green onions... And enjoy. Bon appetit!
