Pizza with mozzarella mushrooms and minced meat on yeast dough

An unusual and very tasty pizza with a juicy minced meat filling. The dough in this recipe is wonderful, elastic, and stretches well. It's not difficult to do. The filling is also good - juicy, tasty, aromatic. The finished pizza looks bright and appetizing. It is very filling and tasty.

Cooking timeCooking time: 2 hr
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Products for testing. The flour needs to be sifted.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Add yeast, salt with herbs and sugar to the flour. Mix.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Carefully pour in warm water. Mix a little.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Now add olive oil and knead the dough with your hands until smooth. The finished dough lags behind the walls of the dish.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

This is what the dough looks like. Cover the container with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Punch down the dough, leave for another 20 minutes under a towel, after which the dough will be ready to use.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Let's prepare all the ingredients for the filling. Choose tomato sauce to your taste. Champignons, tomatoes, sweet peppers (I used red ones, but you can use a different color and then the pizza will be more elegant), dill and parsley, onions (it will be more beautiful if you take purple onions, but I haven’t found them on sale right now ), peel and wash the garlic.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Cut some onion (if you have purple onion, then take that one) thinly into quarter rings. Cut the remaining light onion into small cubes (it will go into minced meat when frying it), and the garlic into thin slices.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Fry the minced meat with onions and garlic in some olive oil, adding meat spices and a little salt.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

While the minced meat is fried, cut the mushrooms into slices, bell peppers and tomatoes into thin slices.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Add tomato sauce to the minced meat. Stir and let it simmer a little. Then we transfer the resulting meat sauce - the main ingredient of pizza - into another container to cool.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Add the remaining olive oil to the same frying pan, add the chopped mushrooms, pepper and add a little salt.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Divide the settled dough into 2 or 3 parts (if your molds have a small diameter). I got 2 pizzas from this amount of food: with a diameter of 20 cm and 24 cm, respectively. Stretch the dough with your hands along the bottom of the pan. We do this carefully, sprinkling with flour and pressing with our palms, since our dough is quite thin. Spread the cooled meat sauce onto the dough layer.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Place tomato slices on top of the meat sauce.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Place sweet peppers, cut into rings, on top of the tomatoes.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on top of the pepper. Then, for flavor and juiciness, add a layer of thinly chopped onion.

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

Place the next layer of fried champignons. Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining half of the cheese and place it in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15-25 minutes (time depends on the characteristics of the oven), until fully cooked. It is better to place the pan on the lower tier of the oven: the main filling has already been prepared, we just need to bake the dough until golden brown along the edge of the crust, melt the cheese and fry the vegetables a little.

  18. STEP 18

    STEP 18

This is what the finished pizza looks like. Serve it hot, sprinkled with finely chopped dill and parsley. Bon appetit!
