STEP 1
How to make chicken fillet chops in a frying pan in batter? Prepare your ingredients. If your chicken fillet is chilled, all you have to do is rinse it and cut it into portions. The pieces should be no more than 1 centimeter thick so that the chops are thin and well-cooked. From frozen meat they will not be as tasty as from chilled meat, but if this is the only thing on hand, you can make it from it. You just need to defrost it and soak it well.
STEP 2
Prepare the batter for the chops. Beat a chicken egg into a bowl. If you use more meat for chops, then the number of eggs needs to be increased accordingly. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Beat the egg thoroughly with a fork until smooth.

Add flour to the egg. Its amount can be increased or decreased depending on the consistency of the resulting mixture. The batter should look like thick sour cream.
STEP 5
Beat the pieces of chicken fillet with a meat mallet on both sides. If there is no such hammer, this can be done with the blunt end of a knife. Chicken meat is very tender and does not require much beating. Brush the pieces of meat with a little salt and ground black pepper on both sides. Dip each piece of meat into the batter.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the meat in the pan.
STEP 7
Fry the chops until golden brown on both sides. It is better to close the frying pan with a lid for a few minutes while frying the chops so that the meat is well-fried inside. Serve the chops to the table with a side dish, vegetables, mayonnaise or sauce as desired. They are delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
