STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients. If your chicken fillet is chilled, all you have to do is rinse it and cut it into portions. The pieces should be no more than 1 centimeter thick so that the chops are thin and well cooked. Chops from frozen meat will not be as tasty as from chilled meat, but if you only have chicken like this on hand, you can make it from this meat. You just need to defrost it and soak it well.
STEP 2

Prepare batter for chops. Beat a chicken egg into a bowl; if you use more meat for chops, then accordingly. The number of eggs needs to be increased. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
STEP 3

Beat the egg thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
STEP 4

Add flour. Its amount can be increased or decreased depending on the consistency of the resulting mixture. The batter should look like thick sour cream.
STEP 5

The pieces of chicken fillet need to be beaten with a meat mallet on both sides. If there is no such hammer, this can be done with the blunt end of a knife. Chicken meat is very tender and does not require much beating. Lubricate the pieces of meat with a small amount of salt and ground black pepper on both sides. Dip each piece of meat into the batter.
STEP 6

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the meat in the frying pan.
STEP 7

Fry the chops until golden brown on both sides. While frying the chops, close the pan with a lid for a few minutes so that the meat is well-fried inside. Serve the chops with a side dish, vegetables, mayonnaise or sauce as desired. They are delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
