STEP 1

How to fry chops in breadcrumbs? Prepare your food. To prepare chops, it is best to use meat without lard. The ideal option is carbonate. It has good shapes for cutting even chops. Cut the pork into portions 1.5 - 2 centimeters thick.
STEP 2

Cover the piece of meat with cling film and beat it well on both sides with a mallet. The film is necessary to prevent the edges of the piece from becoming torn and splashes of meat flying around the kitchen.

Prepare two plates. Break eggs into one of them and add breadcrumbs to the other.

Add salt and spices to the eggs. Shake everything a little with a whisk or fork.

Dip each piece of chopped meat first into the egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.

Heat a frying pan over high heat and pour in a little vegetable oil. There is a simple way to check whether the oil is hot enough in the frying pan. Dip a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can begin the frying process. Place the breaded chops on it. Fry them over high heat for a minute on each side. When frying this way, the breading will immediately set into a crust, and the meat juice will remain inside.

Then reduce the heat and cook for another 4-5 minutes on each side so that the meat has time to fry inside. There is no need to cover with a lid. Such chops are interesting precisely because they have a crispy crust on the outside. But it won’t be under the lid. Place the finished chops on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
