STEP 1

How to make chicken chops with pineapple and cheese? Prepare your ingredients. For baked chicken chops with pineapple and cheese we will need: chicken fillet, canned pineapple rings, cheese, mayonnaise, vegetable oil for greasing the parchment, ground black pepper and salt.
STEP 2

Wash the chicken fillet and dry. Cut each fillet lengthwise into two parts.

Beat each piece of chicken with a hammer on both sides.
STEP 4

Salt and pepper the meat and leave for 20 minutes.
STEP 5

Remove the pineapples from the jar and shake off the syrup. Cut each ring lengthwise into thinner rings.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease it with vegetable oil. Place the chicken pieces closer to each other. Lubricate the meat with mayonnaise.
