A very unusual salad for any feast! I like to prepare salads with the addition of various fruits, including pineapples. In my opinion, pineapples lighten the taste of the salad and make it juicy. And their sweetness harmonizes perfectly with the other ingredients.

Open the jar of pineapples and drain the liquid.

    We will lay out the salad in layers. This can be done in a common salad bowl or prepared for portion serving. I found a recipe on the website for a salad with canned pineapple and chicken. All the ingredients were available, so I made it right away. I had the chicken boiled the night before, all that was left was to cut it. I grated the cheese on a coarse grate. I had boiled whites left over from the eggs, so I decided to use them that way. I think it turned out even more tender. The pineapples were rings, I cut them into cubes and squeezed them, there was a lot of juice in them. For convenience, I transferred the mayonnaise into a cooking bag. I cooled the salad collected in a ring and my husband and I supplemented our dinner with it. Delicious! The combination of chicken, eggs, pineapple and cheese is incredibly successful! The sweetness of the canned pineapple complements this salad perfectly! Thanks for the recipe!
