There was about 500 grams of pork carbonate available. The piece of meat is small, but I wanted to cook a delicious dinner that would be large and satisfying. This recipe helped me. I cut the carbonate into portions. Each piece was placed in a plastic bag and beaten with a kitchen hammer. The meat has become more tender. Then I added salt. I added fresh tomato to the chops and brushed them with mayonnaise. I sprinkled dill on top, because... I love him very much. I didn't add any spices, I just finely chopped the garlic. I prepared a “coat” of cheese on a fine grater. Pork chops in a heat-resistant bowl, covered with foil on top so that everything was stewed in its own juices first. Using a knife, I made several holes to allow excess steam to escape. Before cooking, I opened the foil to form a golden crust on the chops.
