I really like two-in-one dishes, and the meat and side dish are cooked at once. It’s very simple and quick to cook, considering that there are minimal steps, and most of the work is done by the oven) I cut the potatoes into very thin slices, almost transparent, to get beautiful layers. I also washed the potato mugs well to remove starch. The pork was cut into pieces in advance and marinated in soy sauce; in addition to its unusual taste and softness, it also gives the meat a darker color. Accordingly, the meat was no longer salted, because... Soy sauce itself is salty. For spices I used a mixture of vegetables and paprika. I used fatty mayonnaise and only spread it over the layers of potatoes. I immediately covered the mold with foil and baked it at 200 degrees, otherwise the cheese would have burned, then I removed the foil and slightly browned the top. The cheese was good, melted perfectly into an appetizing stretchy crust. The casserole was perfectly baked, the potatoes were cooked through, and the meat became incredibly soft and juicy, although I used ham, which was not the softest part. It turned out very tasty!
