True, I didn’t add the cheese stated in the recipe to the batter, but I sprinkled some Provençal herbs into it, and replaced the dried garlic with fresh garlic, grating it on a fine grater. Pieces of pork beat it with a culinary hammer, salted it, placed it in batter, and then in a frying pan. I fried the meat on both sides for 4-5 minutes. The meat was covered with an appetizing golden brown crust and became soft and juicy. Delicious! Thank you very much for the recipe!
