STEP 1
How to make chop breast with tomatoes? Prepare your food. Take medium-sized chicken fillet, preferably fresh, not previously frozen. You can take any variety of tomatoes, medium-sized onions. Choose any dry spices to suit your taste or a set specifically for chicken. I have khmeli-suneli. You can replace mayonnaise with sour cream or natural yogurt. Immediately prepare the pan for baking in the oven.
STEP 2
Rinse the chicken fillet under cold running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut each fillet lengthwise into two pieces, being careful not to make them too thin. Cover each fillet with cling film and lightly pound with a mallet. There is no need to beat it too hard to avoid tearing the meat. The beaten fillet turns out more juicy and tender.
STEP 3
Salt each piece and sprinkle with spices (lightly rubbing into the meat) on each side. And, if you have time, leave it to soak in the spices for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 4
Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees. Grease the selected baking dish with vegetable oil or cover with baking paper. Place the prepared chicken fillet pieces into the pan. Place a little mayonnaise on each piece and spread it over the entire surface of the meat.
STEP 5
Peel the onions, wash and dry. Cut the onion into rings and place evenly on each piece of prepared chicken fillet.
STEP 6
Wash and dry fresh tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes with circles and evenly put on the chicken over the onion. The design of the tomatoes can be cut in stripes or semicircles.
STEP 7
Grate the selected cheese on a coarse grater and place evenly on each piece of chicken. Place the pan with the chicken chops in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.
STEP 8
Serve the finished chicken fillet with tomatoes hot. You can serve this dish on its own (an excellent option for a diet dinner with sour cream instead of mayonnaise) or with a simple side dish - pasta, potatoes.
