Bananas in a frying pan
In general, you can cook bananas in a frying pan in several different ways - not just fry them, as most people do. And use additional products: other fruits, berries, sauces, gravies, sugar, honey, caramel, and so on.
The most popular methods of preparing this dish remain dry frying, breaded or battered. In the first case, you will only need oil, butter or any vegetable oil, or ghee or cooking fat. It is first heated in a frying pan, then bananas cut in the desired way (in circles or strips) are laid out. Fry on both sides until desired consistency. It usually takes less than a minute on one side until a nice crust appears. Before heat treatment, bananas can be sprinkled with various spices such as cinnamon and vanillin. They can be served as a stand-alone dessert or as an addition to more complex dishes. They go very well with ice cream, pancakes, and pancakes.
For breaded frying, any suitable breading is used: crushed crackers, corn flake crumble, and so on. The technology is the same as described above, only the bananas still need to be breaded.
The third way to cook bananas in a frying pan is to fry them in batter. The latter can be anything, fortunately there are many recipes. Simple is a mixture of flour and water with the addition of starch, sugar and salt to taste. You can add raw egg, milk, cream. The frying pan is heated, the bananas are dipped in batter and fried on both sides until cooked.
Bananas can also be mixed into any dough intended for pancakes and pancakes. The baked goods will have an amazing aroma and taste. You can simmer them under the lid in the peel, in which one longitudinal cut is made. Sprinkle them with crushed nuts, sesame seeds, melted chocolate and caramel. Make into puree or sweet sauce for desserts. Dry in the form of chips - all you need is a non-stick frying pan.
