Add three tablespoons of semolina with bran to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and leave the semolina for fifteen minutes to swell.

Pour three tablespoons of flour into a bowl with a homogeneous curd mass.

Add one teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl.
